In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and JSP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java and JSP.
- Experience with Oracle and SQL databases.
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience required: 5-8 years in software development, particularly in enterprise applications.
