The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Supervisor to lead the development of Next Generation Avionics and Anthem FMS systems. This role is pivotal in advancing aviation technology and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for avionics systems.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, with a strong background in avionics systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
- Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
