About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled Sr. ServiceNow Developer specializing in Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) to join their team. This role is hands-on and requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, particularly HRSD, CSM, and ITSM. The position is hybrid, with support hours aligned to IST and PST, and is open to candidates in major cities, with a preference for those based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HRSD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in ServiceNow development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on HRSD, CSM, and ITSM.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting and workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow Portal and user interface design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
