The team is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system configuration, integration, and data migration tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Ensure best practices are followed in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
