The team is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE) specializing in backend development with Java. This role is pivotal in enhancing and maintaining the global infrastructure for real-time cross-border payments. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative solutions that empower banks, fintechs, and global businesses to move money instantly across borders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the development and production environments.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java and experience with backend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
