About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce QA Analyst to join their growing team in India. This role will involve rigorous end-to-end testing, building automation frameworks, executing test plans, and documenting test results for Salesforce.com and its integrations with other platforms such as NetSuite, billing platforms like Zone Billing, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Salesforce CPQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Develop and implement automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Execute detailed test plans and document results accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify, report, and track defects through to resolution.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and enhancements to adapt testing strategies accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Salesforce.com and its various modules.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with integration testing involving platforms like NetSuite and billing systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in Salesforce testing.
