About this role
The team is seeking a Senior QA Architect with a strong background in manual testing, SDLC, API testing, and database testing. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Management, Product Development, TechOps, and Production Support to define and implement the overall Quality Engineering strategy across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance initiatives for customer implementations, ensuring scalable test architecture and automation.
- Oversee performance testing and maintain release quality standards.
- Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to establish quality standards and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members in best practices and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manual testing, SDLC, API testing, and database testing.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in quality assurance or a related field, with a focus on architecture and strategy.
