About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Power BI Lead with extensive experience in business intelligence and data visualization. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain data models and ETL processes using SQL and PowerApps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices in BI engineering.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in BI and data analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL, and PowerApps.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Experience with BI engineering projects and data modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
