The team is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Developer to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications to support various business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft development and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement PeopleSoft applications and customizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance of applications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing PeopleSoft systems.
- Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft development tools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Component Interface.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft modules such as HRMS, Financials, or Campus Solutions.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in PeopleSoft development and support.
