About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting internal and customer delivery projects while ensuring the highest quality of service. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on supported products and services, you will collaborate closely with the Project Management team to enhance project delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support internal and customer delivery projects by providing expert network solutions.
- Become a SME on supported products and services, offering insights and guidance.
- Work closely with the Project Management team to increase the quality of project deliveries to clients.
- Provide training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support to the global team.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation on all projects to ensure clarity and continuity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in a network environment, specifically supporting a global IP network.
- Direct experience troubleshooting IP network issues, particularly within the Financial Services sector.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide training and support to team members and stakeholders.
