About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving their enterprise and cloud network infrastructure. This role involves working with both on-premises environments and modern cloud networking solutions across AWS and Azure, supporting their SaaS platform for automotive dealers and OEMs globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network architecture for on-premises and cloud environments.
- Manage routing, switching, firewall, and load balancing technologies.
- Drive network modernization initiatives and lead architecture decisions.
- Establish Infrastructure as Code and automation practices to enhance network efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues to maintain optimal service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with AWS and Azure cloud networking.
- Proficiency in routing, switching, firewall, and load balancing technologies.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools and automation frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in network engineering or a related field is required.
