The team is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Development Engineering to lead their Workday Community initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and deployment of software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development, with a focus on managing engineering teams.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience required: 8-10 years in software development and team management.
