About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Manager specializing in Security Operations Center (SOC) and Infrastructure to define and drive the cybersecurity tools and technology roadmap aligned with organizational security objectives. This role is crucial in evaluating, selecting, and leading the deployment of various cybersecurity tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the cybersecurity tools and technology roadmap.
- Evaluate and select cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, DLP, CASB, IAM, and vulnerability management.
- Manage the lifecycle of cybersecurity tools including onboarding, configuration, optimization, upgrades, and decommissioning.
- Collaborate with SOC, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and IT teams to understand their needs and implement appropriate solutions.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity management and tool deployment.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, DLP, CASB, IAM, and vulnerability management tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and infrastructure management.
