About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Manager of IT Management to lead a team of developers in the ongoing development, support, and enhancement of their enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platform. This hands-on technical leadership role requires a balance of technical expertise and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of MDM solutions.
- Personally design solutions, write and review code, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Estimate work based on loosely defined requirements and manage project timelines.
- Solve complex technical problems and provide guidance to team members.
- Monitor team performance and facilitate professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align MDM initiatives with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in MDM or data management.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to MDM solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT management or software development, with a focus on data management solutions.
