About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Manager - Enterprise Agile Coach to lead the transformation of Agile methodologies across various teams. This role is critical in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agility within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor teams in Agile practices, ensuring alignment with best practices and principles.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and implement an Agile strategy that enhances productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Assess and improve Agile maturity across teams, providing actionable feedback and recommendations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze metrics and KPIs to measure the success of Agile initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Agile coaching, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with teams at all levels.
- Experience in leading large-scale Agile transformations in complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) or equivalent are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Agile coaching or related roles, with a strong background in software development or project management.
