About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to lead frontend development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance React applications. You will also mentor junior developers, ensure best practices in frontend architecture, and collaborate with backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications using React.
- Lead frontend development initiatives and provide guidance to junior developers.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
- Implement best practices in frontend architecture and code quality.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the development process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with React.js and its core principles.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Knowledge of frontend build tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in frontend development, with at least 3 years focused on React.
