About this role
The team is seeking a Sr. Lead Developer – Application Development (Back-End) to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable, secure, and high-performance back-end systems. This role is pivotal in driving engineering best practices and leveraging technologies such as Golang, API architecture, and microservices-based design to support enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop server-side logic, Golang, APIs, and integration services for large-scale enterprise systems.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through code quality and database management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Golang and experience with API development.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud technologies.
- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in back-end development, with a focus on enterprise applications.
