The team is seeking a Senior Java Developer (Backend) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will provide superior software development services in a fast-paced and innovative working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in coding, unit testing, implementation, and documentation of software solutions.
- Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved and maintained.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to implement strategies that increase productivity and align with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with internal business groups to identify implementation opportunities, address challenges, and gather requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java and related backend technologies.
- Experience with frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
- Familiarity with database management systems, preferably SQL or NoSQL.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software development, specifically in backend Java development.
