The team is seeking a Senior IT Technologist with expertise in Microsoft 365, M365, and Exchange Online to join their expanding team in Pune. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects that enhance diabetes management solutions globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Oversee the deployment and administration of Exchange Online, facilitating seamless communication across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges related to M365 applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise-level IT solutions.
- Proven experience in managing migrations to Microsoft 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
