About this role
The team is seeking a Senior IT Manager specializing in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) to lead their technology initiatives. In this role, you will serve as both a strategic technology partner and a people leader, driving innovation and efficiency in the R&D processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and management of PLM and QMS systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and develop solutions that enhance product development and quality assurance.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the integration of third-party tools and systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing PLM and QMS systems, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on innovation.
- Proficiency in TeamCenter NX and other relevant PLM/QMS tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on PLM and QMS.
