About this role
The team is seeking a Sr. Fullstack Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will utilize Django and Python for robust backend development, and React for creating intuitive front-end solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient APIs and interfaces for seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and active debugging.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Django and Python for backend development.
- Strong experience with React for front-end development.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in fullstack development, with a focus on healthcare solutions preferred.
