About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in React JS to join their dynamic team in Bangalore. This role involves both front-end and back-end development, focusing on creating robust applications that enhance user experience and meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React JS and other modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and work with databases, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Implement responsive design and ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with strong expertise in React JS.
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
- Strong experience with React ecosystem Hooks, Redux/Context API, and component lifecycle management.
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js, Express.js, or equivalent server-side frameworks.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
- Robust database experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and application architecture.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Good to Have:
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with server-side rendering frameworks (Next.js).
- Experience with performance optimization and monitoring tools.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading small development teams.
