This role requires an astute and enthusiastic individual with a strong technical foundation, capable of being hands-on with the Professional Services team throughout the development and deployment cycle. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of industry best practices and demonstrate the ability to lead and implement solutions independently while collaborating with both platform and solution teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Provide hands-on support during the development and deployment phases, ensuring successful execution of projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in technical best practices and solution design.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in supply chain solutions and AI-driven systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on supply chain solutions.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and frameworks, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), microservices, and containerization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading projects from conception to execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or a similar role, with a focus on supply chain solutions.
