About this role

The team is seeking a seasoned Sr. Engineering Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead the Campaign Automation (ST and Flows) team, which is responsible for building a system capable of processing billions of events for multiple campaigns. You will play a crucial role in managing software development teams and ensuring the delivery of high-performance, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to achieve project goals and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of large-scale infrastructure and distributed systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure that best practices in software development are followed, including code reviews and testing.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing software development teams, with a focus on large infrastructure projects.
  • Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to the role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in software engineering and team management.
