The team is seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in Test Automation to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through automated testing solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance testing frameworks and improve overall software quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and create effective test plans.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects.
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in test automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with performance testing and security testing is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software testing and automation.
