About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Engineer – DevOps to enhance and optimize their software development and deployment pipelines. This role requires collaboration with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure the consistent, reliable, and efficient delivery of software across dedicated, multi-tenant, and hybrid cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup and improvement of automation tools such as Copado and Jenkins to streamline development and deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in the software delivery process.
- Implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in DevOps or related fields.
