The team is seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in Data Platform and Governance with a focus on Snowflake and AWS. In this role, you will be instrumental in building AI-powered experiences that enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize data solutions that support the team mission of delivering personalized services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake and AWS services.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Monitor and optimize data platform performance and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Snowflake and AWS data services.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and frameworks.
- Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in data engineering and governance.
