The team is seeking a Senior Engineer in Software with a focus on Embedded Software. In this role, you will identify technical problems and provide innovative, creative solutions while sharing your technical knowledge with the team. You will incorporate business, market, industry, and competitive knowledge into technical solutions that can be adapted to changes in technology and clinical use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems in embedded software.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Review and approve the design of software modules and projects.
- Ensure quality of software releases and timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Generate alternatives and take reasonable risks while solving technical problems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience with embedded software development and design.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontroller architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication skills and customer focus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in embedded software development.
