The team is seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET and ReactJS Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams. This role requires a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team leads on technical and non-technical tasks.
- Guide and mentor junior team members based on project requirements.
- Estimate project details and timelines accurately.
- Handle a team of 2-3 developers, providing support and direction.
- Ensure adherence to quality factors throughout the development process.
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate strong learning capabilities.
- Foster a team-oriented environment and assist team members as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in .NET and ReactJS development.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proven experience in guiding junior developers.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software development, particularly in .NET and ReactJS.
