Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and guide junior developers, assisting them with technical challenges and project tasks.
- Estimate project timelines and deliverables in conjunction with team leads.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in software development.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and support team members.
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in leading small teams and managing project details.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly with .NET technologies.
