About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data science and artificial intelligence/machine learning to implement innovative solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the scoping, development, validation, and deployment of explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions.
- Utilize SQL for data handling and employ advanced analytics tools like Python for data analysis.
- Analyze and visualize data using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the overall growth of the data science team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in data science and AI/ML project implementation.
- Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is essential.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and advanced analytics tools, especially Python.
- Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Advanced or intermediate level certification in data science or related fields is a plus.
