The team is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on leveraging data analytics to drive insights and support decision-making processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and the use of advanced analytical tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting processes.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance reporting capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis and reporting roles, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
