Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data architecture to support supply chain analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to improve system performance.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all data sources.
- Implement best practices for data governance and security.
- Mentor and guide junior data engineers and architects in the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data architecture and engineering, particularly in supply chain contexts.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and database design.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or SQL.
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in data architecture or related fields, with a focus on supply chain data solutions.
