Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in networking concepts and security protocols.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in cloud support or a related field.
