About this role
The team is seeking a seasoned Sr. AVP – AI Product Experience to own the design, build, and deployment of AI-powered product capabilities for the Accounts Payable domain. This hybrid full-time role can be based in Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, or Pune.
In this role, you will leverage your deep technical grounding in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM engineering, combined with strong product leadership skills. You will be responsible for translating the complexities of the Accounts Payable process into scalable, intelligent software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of AI-driven product features for Accounts Payable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.
- Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product enhancements.
- Drive the implementation of best practices in AI and machine learning within the product development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in AI technologies and product management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM engineering.
- Strong background in product management, particularly in financial technology or Accounts Payable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
- A track record of successfully launching AI products in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in product management or related roles, with a focus on AI technologies.
