About this role
The team is seeking a Sr. Automation Test Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software, as well as significant enhancements to existing software. You will work closely with technical staff to understand software-related issues and develop specifications to resolve them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the design and development of automation test scripts and frameworks.
- Liaise with technical teams to evaluate, schedule, and resource development projects.
- Investigate user needs and write, test, and maintain computer programs.
- Prepare systems documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Address escalated customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software testing and automation.
