The team is seeking a Senior Associate Technical Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the user experience and drive business success. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on product features and functionalities to clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a technical consulting role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in technical tools and platforms, including but not limited to Workday, AWS, or similar technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
