The team is seeking a Senior Associate Engineer, IT Software - Fullstack to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in transforming the technological landscape of the team operations, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer and team member experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in full-stack software development.
