The team is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. This role is crucial for analyzing data, monitoring model performance, and embedding AI into business processes to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for model training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools, including SQL and data visualization software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or a similar role.
