The team is seeking a Senior/Lead AIML Engineer (Data Science) to join their dynamic team across multiple locations including Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, and Delhi/NCR. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving AI and analytics initiatives, helping Fortune 1000 companies tackle their most challenging problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of AIML models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision making.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AIML technologies and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in AIML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and data visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in AIML and data science roles.
