The team is seeking a Sr. AI Developer Engineer – Lead/Backend/Cloud (L4) to join their team in Navi Mumbai. This senior leadership role is crucial for the engineering and operational delivery of the internal SecureAI platform, shared backend services, multi-cloud infrastructure, and the AppSec developer portal. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives in AI security and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of AI security features within the SecureAI platform.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of shared backend services.
- Manage multi-cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the AppSec developer portal.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI development and backend engineering.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience with security protocols and best practices in AI applications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in AI development, backend engineering, or related fields.
