Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated test scripts for ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Execute test plans and report on test results, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing phases.
- Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and test automation tools.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript or Python.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in software testing and automation, with a focus on ServiceNow.
