About this role
The team is seeking a Specialist in ServiceNow Support Engineering/Operations Support to enhance their Technology Workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert support in the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Engage in Agile application development and adhere to Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage application maintenance, including cloning, data migrations, and software configurations.
- Oversee data engineering tasks and ensure effective data visualization.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives and contribute to the design of applications and system integrations.
- Support IT operations and IT service management (ITSM) processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow, including its architecture and configuration.
- Proficiency in Agile application development and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of data engineering and migration processes.
- Ability to design applications and systems with a focus on user experience.
- Familiarity with IT operations and multi-management strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow support and operations.
