About this role
The team is seeking a Specialist - Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality projects within the airline industry. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach team members on Agile principles, and ensure effective collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track and report on team performance metrics and progress towards goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Agile project management, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
