We are looking for a Functional QA Engineer with strong experience in the payments processing domain. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our payment systems through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in functional testing.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing systems and financial technologies.
- Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
