The team is seeking a Specialist in IT Infrastructure to join their team. This remote position is based in Chennai, India, and is focused on enhancing the operational environment of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and security.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure processes and configurations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
