The team is seeking a Specialist in IT & Information Security to enhance their application and infrastructure monitoring capabilities. This role focuses on utilizing Dynatrace SaaS for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Dynatrace to monitor and troubleshoot application performance and availability.
- Set up alerting systems within Dynatrace to proactively manage issues.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support application and infrastructure planning and management needs.
- Provide expert advice and consultancy to management and technical teams regarding performance, capacity, and availability matters.
- Conduct diagnostics and root cause analysis to resolve issues effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Dynatrace SaaS for application and infrastructure monitoring.
- Proficient in performance tuning and troubleshooting techniques.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and application management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT and information security, with a focus on application performance monitoring.
