The team is seeking a Specialist in IT & Information Security to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, with hands-on experience in vulnerability management and network scanning tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
- Utilize tools such as Qualys, Tenable Security Center, and Nmap to perform security scans.
- Analyze the relationship between operating systems, applications, and their dependencies to understand software vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement remediation techniques in diverse environments to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT security or a related field.
- Proficiency with vulnerability management and network scanning tools.
- Strong understanding of operating systems, applications, and their interdependencies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
