About this role
The team is seeking an experienced IBM MDM Developer Solution Architect with strong expertise in IBM InfoSphere MDM and enterprise Master Data Management. This role combines hands-on development with solution architecture, covering end-to-end MDM implementations and providing technical leadership across enterprise data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement IBM MDM solutions across customer, provider, product, and reference data domains.
- Lead end-to-end MDM implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance and management strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM solutions and data quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Master Data Management technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM and enterprise Master Data Management solutions.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality principles.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in data engineering and MDM solutions.
