About this role
The team is seeking a Specialist - Data Engineer to join their Market-to-Order (M2O) Commercial & Business Transformation team. This team is integral to the AI and Data Management Organization, focused on delivering data and AI products that enhance Commercial Operations across Marketing, Sales, Quotes, and Order Entry. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming fragmented source data into governed, reusable Snowflake data products and AI capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Implement data governance and quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Utilize Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Develop and deploy AI models that leverage the data products created.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data processing issues, providing timely resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehousing solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data architecture design.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools is a plus.
